Mike Mefferd

Broker and Owner

Mike graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in 2006 and later received his Master’s Degree from the University of Dayton in 2013.

The first 10 years of his career were spent holding various Operations and Financial Management positions at Speedway LLC. In 2016, Mike joined Adrian Steel where he worked as a Regional and National Sales Manager before purchasing a Property Management Company in 2020.

Mike has been investing in Real Estate since 2010 and has a tremendous passion for teaching Financial Management and Real Estate Investment Strategy to others. In his free time, Mike loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and three amazing kids, as well as cheering on his favorite sports teams.

I have been in the business since 1994 and my family has been in this industry since the mid 1940’s. I am a native Daytonian and veteran of the US Army. The only times I have lived away from this area is when I was in the service or away at college. My father was a broker and had his own business from the early 50’s to about 1992. I work with buyers and sellers and also have done some light commercial business. I work well with first time buyers and sellers and pride myself on communicating well with my clients. I want to ensure that all parties know and understand the legal documents they are signing. I pride myself in guiding both buyers and sellers through what can be a complicated process, making sure buyers have enough knowledge and can make good decisions on properties they are purchasing. Likewise, I provide sellers with a market analysis to ensure their investments get the maximum dollars they are worth and assist them in what they should do to ready their property for the market. In many cases sellers have a laundry list of things they are going to do and I can save them money by letting them know that half the things they believe are needed, aren’t necessary and won’t affect the sale of the property. I also, have experience in working with out of town buyers, VA buyers in helping them get acclimated to our area.
